A couple of questions:
1) Could this site suck any more than it possibly does?
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/
(Personally, I highly doubt it - which, I'm not sure ends up being a Triumph for them or not).
2) Did they purposefully write it so that it wouldn't scroll with FireFox - or was that an added 'benefit'?
3) I thought the whole point of using AJAX/etc. was that users wouldn't have to wait for entire pages to repost and all. Yet:
a) I find these pages completely reposting, all the time.
b) It's actually so bad that even though the side-bar uses frames, I frequently see the entire page (frames and all) reload - sometimes twice.
c) And, heavens-to-betsy, when there's an error, or the underlying backing-store isn't being responsive to the 'AJAX-like' calls, the entire browser freezes, to the point where it becomes 100% unresponsive.
