Wireless USB 2.0

Wow. This article is a must read.

Full 480 megabit/sec throughput, without the wires - at up to 10 feet. The obvious concern is security, but this article does a great job of showing how that will be handled.

And the best news: Expect this tech to debut around September. (That, and they expect to be able to deliver 1 Gigabit connections eventually.)

Sweet! Now all they need to do is work out how to charge my USB devices wirelessly, too. That would be real handy.
