This definitely deserves a mention: some group of geniuses have created a new card-game where you try to create a spam-empire. The game is called Spammers, and it looks pretty cool actually. Here's an excerpt from the description:

"In Spammers, you'll jump on the e-mail bandwagon. You'll send mountains of the stuff to unsuspecting mailing lists like Bigots on Parade, the Ivory Tower Academics, and the Last Few Communists. .... You won't go to hell, though, because Spammers is only a game."  [source]

Sounds like it could be a lot of fun, and the fact that they recognize that real spammers should go to hell  means that they get spamming to the point where the game should be funny (i.e. imagine playing a game where you try to become the biggest scumbag, and where any moral inhibitions will cost you the title).

Hmmm, maybe they should try advertising for it by sending out emails to everyone
