YouTube Lawsuits: A mounting storm?

I've gone on before about how dumb I think it was for Daddy Warbucks (aka Google) to take on a new orphan (YouTube) that took such a cavalier stance towards something as horrendously litigious as copyright infringement.

But it looks like steam is mounting:
Class-action suite against YouTube grows to eight parties

Any guesses as to whether or not these eight parties have some decent legal talent behind them?
